  Calorie Cycling Macro Set ($60) Similar to our regular Macro Set, except your FDL Coach will implement Calorie Cycling that is completely customized to your training program, lifestyle and preferences. Calorie cycling means that throughout the week you will consume a different amount of calories! Your coach will provide you with 2-3 macro sets: a high day, a medium day and a low day. This eating schedule can make dieting a lot easier! It can be easier and more enjoyable to be in a caloric deficit if you know that the next day you’ll be feasting! This program is as individualized as it gets! Whether your coach implements 2 or 3 different days, how much your calories vary, and which nutrients vary completely depends on your own program and preference. Your coach will also tell you when to have each day and will customize this to fit your training program and life the best! This program is not for complete beginners to tracking macros and Flexible Dieting; in this case, it is much more important that you learn how to track food and be consistent every single day. If you’re a complete beginner check out our regular Macro Set! This program will work the best if you have a consistent training schedule and would like to optimize your nutrition around it
